1. Advance Payment Policy

• All orders require 10% advance payment + full shipping fee via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
• Orders are confirmed only after receipt upload and verification.
• Remaining amount is collected Cash on Delivery (COD) by our rider.

2. Order Processing & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment verification.
• Delivery time: 2–5 working days (depending on location in Pakistan).
• We deliver nationwide via TCS, Leopard, Call Courier, or our own riders.
• Customer must be available to receive the parcel. Failed delivery may result in return charges.

3. Pricing & Product Information

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include GST where applicable.
• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
• Product images are for illustration. Actual product may vary slightly.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch with full advance refund.
• After dispatch: cancellation not allowed. Return policy applies.
